DataPro unveils panelists at its forthcoming 6th International Rating

 

Lagos, Aug. 2026 – DataPro, Nigeria]s leading credit rating agency, says all is now set for its 6th International Rating Webinar scheduled to hold on Oct. 8, 2026

The company said this in a statement on Monday well ahead of the webinar.

It said the webinar, with the theme “Sovereign Credit Rating: Africa’s Roadmap to Investment-Grade Status,” will discuss ways to achieve full investment-grade status which demands sustained macroeconomic discipline, institutional stability, and structural reforms.

“As part of the campaign to build a trillion-dollar economy by 2030, DataPro Limited is organising this webinar to focus specifically on the key disciplines required to support these investment-grade aspirations,” it said.

As a leading voice at the African Union organ APRM, he is spearheading the establishment of the Africa Credit Rating Agency (AfCRA). His extensive policy expertise covers debt sustainability, sovereign risk, and global financial reform.
Mrs. Oluwakemi Babalogbon
Executive Director, Risk Management, Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MOFI)
Oluwakemi Owonubi Babalogbon is a seasoned investment and risk-management executive with over 20 years of experience spanning corporate finance, asset management, and public finance. As an Executive Director at the Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MOFI), she oversees the strategic management and value optimisation of Nigeria’s state-owned assets. Dr. Daniel Cash
Founder, Credit Rating Research Initiative
An Associate Professor at Aston University and a Senior Fellow at the UN University’s Centre for Policy Research, Dr. Cash is a leading academic voice on the credit rating industry. A former Fulbright Scholar, he brings unparalleled depth to the discussion as the author of nine books dedicated entirely to the credit rating sector.

Prof. Dr. Torsten Schmidt
