Igboebinie Plc to host Inaugural AGM

Igboebinie Plc has said that it would hold its first Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, November 5, 2026, at Chiben Hotel, Awka.

The event was set to focus on advancing investment, industrialization, infrastructure, and economic growth in Nigeria’s South-East and South-South regions.

IkeChukwu Unegbe, Esq., Chairman of the AGM Planning Committee, disclosed this in a statement in Lagos on Saturday.

Unegbe said the gathering will unite shareholders, directors, investors, business leaders, professionals, and development partners dedicated to regional economic progress.

“Igboebinie Plc is a Pan-Igbo economic development platform created to mobilize capital, skills, and resources from Ndi Igbo both locally and in the diaspora.

“The company prioritizes investments in smart cities, industrial hubs, real estate, agriculture, technology, and commerce to foster ownership, employment, and generational wealth.

“The AGM intends to go beyond routine corporate matters by providing a space for stakeholders to share ideas and develop practical plans for the region’s economic future.

“The company’s long-term vision includes projects like the Igboebinie World Trade City, a mixed-use industrial and commercial hub, and the iconic Igboebinie Tower” Unegbe said.

Ultimately, Igboebinie Plc aims to make Igboland the “Industrial Jewel of Africa” through enterprise, industry, technology, finance, and sustainable development.

He said that the upcoming AGM will assess how to turn these ambitious goals into viable projects and partnerships that deliver impactful economic results.
