US releases names, identities of 10 Nigerians slated for deportation

 

 

Lagos, Aug. 2026 – The US government has released the identities and images of 10 Nigerians scheduled for deportation.

These Nigerians are being held in detention centers across different states in the US.

They are already facing a wide range of criminal charges, including wire fraud, identity theft, drug offences, child cruelty, and weapons possession’

The deportees include:

Temitope Bashua, arrested in Allenwood, Pennsylvania, faces charges of wire fraud, identity theft, and general fraud.

Chukwuemeka Okorocha, whose charges include wire fraud, dangerous drugs, possession of a weapon, and aggravated assault with a gun, and

Tunde Korede, who is charged with conspiracy, are both jailed at the same institution.

Johnson Ogunlana, who is being held in White Deer, Pennsylvania, faces allegations of fraud and identity theft.

Ojehoro Lewis, who was accused of child maltreatment, and

Daniel Oworen, who was charged with possession of dangerous substances.

Franklin Dikeocha was arrested in Dallas, Texas, for a sexual offense against a child that involved fondling.

Osemudiamen Kingsley Oziegbe was arrested in Louisville, Kentucky, and is charged with wire fraud.

Raymond H. Ekevwo, who is being held in Oxford, Wisconsin.

Chukwuemeka Chinye, who was arrested in Pollock, Louisiana, on several charges, including larceny from a financial institution, fraud, larceny, identity theft, and conspiracy. Charges cover fraud, drugs, and violence.
