”This will improve electricity supply to customers in the region, and also improve the overall resilience of Nigeria’s power system.

”During the maintenance period, electricity supply will be temporarily interrupted in Kano, Jigawa and Katsina.

”We regret any inconvenience this outage may cause and sincerely appreciate members of the public for their patience, understanding and cooperation,” it said.
