8 ships laden with various commodities arrive Lagos ports

 

Lagos, April  2026 (TBL Africa) A total of eight ships have arrived Lekki, Tincan and Apapa
ports in Lagos, waiting to discharge petrol, bulk fertilizer, petrol, gasoline and bulk urea.

The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) stated this in its publication – “Shipping Position”, made available on Thursday in Lagos.

The document stated that 46 ships laden with petroleum products, food items and other goods were expected in Apapa, Lekki and Tin-Can Island ports from April 30 to May 10.

The NPA added that the expected ships contain buck wheat, containers, fresh fish, crude oil, bulk wheat, petrol, base oil, fresh fish, aviation fuel, general cargo and containers of different goods.

21 other ships are at the ports discharging containers, petrol, bulk gas, aviation fuel, crude oil, bulk gypsum, cargo truck, bulk wheat, fresh fish, aviation fuel and bulk urea.
