30 vessels to arrive Lagos ports with petroleum products, food, others- NPA

 

 

Lagos, Oct.  2026 TBL Africa )The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) says 39 ships carrying petroleum products, food items and other goods are expected to arrive at the Apapa, Lekki Deep Sea and Tin Can Island ports in Lagos on Tuesday.

The NPA, which disclosed this in its Daily Shipping Position, said the vessels were expected to berth between Oct. 6 and Oct. 11.

It said 14 of the expected ships were carrying containers of various goods, while five were carrying aviation fuel.

The NPA added that the other vessels were expected to berth with bulk gas, diesel, crude oil, aviation fuel, bulk wheat, base oil, bulk sugar, bulk gypsum, trucks, general cargo and fresh fish.

Meanwhile, the NPA noted that six ships and tanker vessels had arrived at the three ports waiting to berth with bulk urea, petrol, crude oil, general cargoes and bulk gas.

It also stated that 21 ships were presently discharging bulk urea, pallet, general cargoes, fresh fish, boat and petrol at Lekki Deep Sea Port, Apapa and Tincan Island port.
